Students receive 100% practical, hands-on training in GMAW (MIG Welding), focusing on one or multiple positions based on their skill level, with the goal of developing new or improved skills in the GMAW welding process. Course material is delivered through a combination of demonstrations and one-on-one practice sessions with an instructor. Theory and safety are integrated into the practical training, emphasizing sequenced learning and repetitive skill-building as students practice and develop competencies.
Certification testing available if required.
GMAW - INTRODUCTION | 20 HOURS |

Students are introduced to the fundamentals of the GMAW process and gain practical, hands-on welding experience. Topics covered include GMAW equipment, materials, applications, techniques, and shop safety. |
GMAW - INTRODUCTION + CERTIFICATION PREP | 40 HOURS |

This practical, hands-on training course is designed for individuals with little to no welding experience who are interested in achieving GMAW certification (CWB/TSSA). Students will learn the fundamentals of the GMAW process and develop new or improved skills in preparation for GMAW certification testing. Training focuses on one or more positions based on skill level. Instruction covers equipment, materials, applications, techniques, filler wire, post-weld operations, shop safety, and other related aspects of the GMAW process. |

Instruction and training are geared toward experienced welders who are looking to improve or upgrade their welding skills in preparation for GMAW certification or recertification (CWB/TSSA). |
