Students receive 100% practical, hands-on training in GTAW (TIG Welding), focusing on one or multiple positions based on their skill level, with the goal of developing new or improved skills in the GTAW welding process. Course material is delivered through a combination of demonstrations and one-on-one practice sessions with an instructor. Theory and safety are integrated into the practical training, emphasizing sequenced learning and repetitive skill-building as students practice and develop competencies.
Certification testing available if required.

This practical, hands-on training course is designed for individuals with little to no welding experience who are interested in achieving GTAW certification (CWB/TSSA). Students will learn the fundamentals of the GTAW process and develop new or improved skills in preparation for GTAW certification testing. Training focuses on one or more positions based on skill level. Instruction covers equipment, materials, applications, techniques, filler wire, post-weld operations, shop safety, and other related aspects of the GTAW process.
