Job Search Courses

Students learn how to present themselves effectively to an employer, and stand out from competing candidates. This includes setting goals, researching employers, networking, tapping into the hidden job market and crafting effective self-marketing tools geared to a career in welding. Online and offline job search tools are presented along with effective interview strategies. Students learn how to negotiate salaries/job offers, understand employer expectations and practical job maintenance skills.
