This program will introduce students to welding for the purpose of upgrading or developing new and/or improved skills. It provides 100% practical hands-on training where students develop welding skills aimed at earning up to four (4) Welder Qualifications/
Certifications (CWB/TSSA). Training is geared toward skilled trades persons or others in the industry with instruction integrated throughout the training on welding processes and positions, equipment, post-weld operations, shop safety, and information related to welding.
Students specialize their training by choosing one of the following four course options:
