Can I attend welding training part-time?
Yes. ITT offers part-time training options for students who need to balance their education with work or other commitments. The part-time schedule is Tuesday and Thursday, from 7pm to 10pm. Contact us to learn which programs and courses are available part-time.

What are the full-time hours at ITT?
Full-time training is Monday through Friday for five (5) hourse each day. Available schedules are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM or Monday to Friday from 2pm to 7pm.

How much time will I spend welding during my training?
All courses and programs at ITT prioritize hands-on, practical training to help students develop the welding skills needed for success in the trade. Depending on the course or program, 100% of the training may be practical, hands-on welding, while others are approximately 70–80% hands-on, with the remainder dedicated to classroom instruction and related technical knowledge.
Can experienced welders upgrade their skills at ITT?
Absolutely. ITT offers specialized courses and training for experienced welders who want to develop additional welding skills, prepare for certification testing, or expand their qualifications.
Will I receive welding certifications as part of my program?
ITT programs include opportunities to pursue multiple CWB and TSSA certification tests, depending on the program. The number and type of certifications vary by program.
